Linguine pasta tossed with a light tomato basil sauce, topped with asiago cheese and portabella mushrooms.

Recipe Ingredients for Portabella pasta

1/8 box Linguine Dry
1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes
1 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Basil, Fresh
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 oz Asiago Cheese
2 ounce Mushrooms, Portabella
1 tbsp parsley

Recipe Directions for Portabella pasta

Cook linguine pasta until done. Simmer tomatos, garlic and basil approx. 5 minutes. Sautee portabella mushrooms in oilive oil. Toss pasta with tomato mixture. Top with portabella mushrooms and asiago cheese.
