2 ounces portabella mushroom caps
7 leaves basil
1/2 a tomato
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Portabella Mushrooms with Tomatoes and Basil

  1. Chop each ingredient.

  2. Put mushrooms in until they turn brown and look about halfway done.

  3. Stir.

  4. Add tomatoes for five minutes.

  5. Stir.

  6. Add basil for last five minutes.

  7. Makes two servings.
