Recipe Ingredients for Portabella mushroom, tomato and white bean ragout w/shrimp

1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup onion
1 pound portabello mushrooms
14 oz diced tomatos
1/2 tbsp basil
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp half and half
1 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
14 oz white beans
8 oz shrimp

Recipe Directions for Portabella mushroom, tomato and white bean ragout w/shrimp

heat the oil in largte skillet over medium high heat. Saute onions until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook till softened, about 4-5 minutes. Add tomatos and basil and simmer until the mixture is browned and thickened, about 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper and balsamic and bring to a boil. Reduce until it is glaze like. Reduce heat and add half and half, beans and shrimp and heat another minute or so.
