Recipe Ingredients for Portabella Mushroom Pizza

1 cap Portabella Mushroom Caps
1 serving Vermont Creamery Fresh Goat Cheese Herb Chevre
0.25 cup Food You Feel Good About Pasta Sauce
3 olives Greek Kalamata Olive Bar
0.125 medium raw Onion Red

Recipe Directions for Portabella Mushroom Pizza

Pre-heat oven to Broil. Wash mushrooms and dry. Spread some pasta or even pizza sauce on the gills of the mushroom. Add some slices of your goat cheese, then sliced or diced onions and sliced olives. place mushrooms on pan and under broil for a few minutes. Once the cheese has melted, take out. Cool and eat. Your mushrooms may be not as cooked, but if you cook it in a pan it gets really watery. It's best to have it slightly raw in the center...Trust me, it's not that bad!!
