300 g (g g) portobello mushroom caps
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon minced garlic
4 slices tomato
4 slices onion
4 leaf lettuce leaves
8 teaspoons Mustard
8 teaspoons Tomato Ketchup
4 Hamburger Buns

Recipe Directions for Portabella Mushroom Burger

  1. Marinate the mushroom caps in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and spices for 15 minutes.
