Easy stir fry recipe to serve over rice, noodles or as a wrap filling.

Recipe Ingredients for Portabella Broccoli Stir Fry

9 ounces portabella mushroom (2 lg caps)
3 cups broccoli
1 red pepper
1 medium onion
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp honey
2 tsp cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Portabella Broccoli Stir Fry

  1. Spray pan with Pam. Slice mushrooms, onion, and red pepper.

  2. Mix together water, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey and cornstarch. Set aside.

  3. In hot pan, stir fry mushrooms, onion, and red pepper for 3 minutes. Will need to add a little water to pan. Add broccoli (fresh or frozen). Stir fry until crisp tender.

  4. Add sauce and cook until sauce is thickened.

  5. Serve.
