This is so good and not to high in calories, but you don't want to eat this every week if you are really watching calories

Recipe Ingredients for Port Tenderloin Sandwhich

1 1/2 pound pork tenderloin
1 cup,+crushed cup,+crushed cup,+crushed saltine crackers
2 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
1/4 tsp salt
1 dash of pepper
1/8 cup vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Port Tenderloin Sandwhich

  1. Cut pork tenderloin into 8 slices. Put sliced between plastic wrap and pound until very thin.

  2. Beat eggs and milk together in a pie plate. Put crushed crackers in another pie plate.

  3. Dip tenderloin in egg mixture and then in crackers crumbs. Put on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Place in freezer for one hour.

  4. Preheat deep fryer to 375 and fry patties until golden brown about 3 to 4 minutes

  5. Serve on hamburger bun with your favorite condiments. I prefer mustard, dill pickle and lettuce.

  6. Be sure to count the calories for your bun.
