Not one of my best recipes, i wouldnt recomend it for taste but nutritonally its spot on!

Recipe Ingredients for Porridgey gunk

20 g oat bran
80 g oats
2 teaspoons carob powder
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1/2 cup unsweetened soya milk
4 egg whites

Recipe Directions for Porridgey gunk

  1. Mix together bran, oats, carob and ginger.

  2. Mix together eggs and milk

  3. Mix all together

  4. Bake until solid
