6 grams Sugars, Brown

Recipe Directions for Porridge, Milk and Sugar

Put 50g of Porridge in microwave safe bowl, and add 1 cup of 1% fat milk. Microwave for 1 minute. Take out, stir, and microwave for 1 more minute.
