Recipe Ingredients for Porridge with Flax

6 cups water
2 cups oats
1/2 cup ground flaxseed

Recipe Directions for Porridge with Flax

  1. In a large pot over high heat, bring water to a boil

  2. Slowly stir in the oats (adding them slowly prevents lumps)

  3. Slowly stir in the ground flax

  4. Turn down the heat to simmer, cover and cook for 10 minutes

  5. Can be made in advance and reheated in the microwave.
