Breakfast in 3 minutes. The one serving can be stored in the fridge, just stir in some water or milk before reheating.

Recipe Ingredients for porridge with banana

64 g oatmeal
10 g sunflower seeds
1 medium banana
72 g skim milk
2 g flax seeds
2 g sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for porridge with banana

  1. Mix the oatmeal, seeds and 200 ml of water in a bowl and stir.

  2. Mash the banana with a fork in another bowl.

  3. Add the banana to the mix and stir.

  4. Microwave for 2 minutes (highest setting).

  5. Divide between the 2 bowls, add the milk, stir until you have an even, creamy mixture.

  6. Add cinnamon.
