Pork smothered in peppers and onions

Recipe Ingredients for porkchops with peppers and onions

16 oz lean pork loins
1 large onion
1 large green pepper
1/2 teaspoon season all
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 table spoons of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for porkchops with peppers and onions

Mix seasonings together and rub on both side of pork loins. Pound at this time is you want (not necessary) Cut loins into about 1" pieces. Cut vegetables to size desired. in hot skillet brown pork then add vegetables for about 2 - 3 minutes then lower heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
