Porkchops in apples, onions, and mustard sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Porkchops w/ Apples

16 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Sirloin (Chops), Boneless
1 medium (3") Apples
1 cup Apple Juice
1 large Onions
6 teaspoon Spicy Brown Mustard

Recipe Directions for Porkchops w/ Apples

  1. Cut up apples and onions into thin slices.

  2. Add all ingredients to pan except mustard.

  3. Remove pork when done and reduce sauce in pan.

  4. Whisk in mustard.
