Recipe Ingredients for Pork with wine and coriander

2 tbsp olive oil
24 oz. pork loin
10 cloves garlic
2 c. red wine
3 tbsp coriander seed
1 tbsp butter
1/4 c cilantro

Recipe Directions for Pork with wine and coriander

  1. Cup pork loin chps into 1 to 2 inch cubes.

  2. Over medium heat brown pork in deep saute pan 10 minutes undisturbed

  3. Cut garlic cloves in half, add to meat, and saute 2 minutes

  4. Add wine 1.5 c of the wine once it bubbles turn down heat to simmer

  5. Tie crushed coriander seeds in cheese cloth and add to pot and cover.

  6. Simmer 1 till meat is fork tender.

  7. Stir in butter and remaining wine bring back to simmer and add chopped corriander.

  8. Serve with steamed vegetables, as sals and crusty bread to sop up broth.
