Recipe Ingredients for Pork Verde

1 lb. pork tenderloin
1 tbsp. canola oil
1 white onion
4 cloves garlic
1/2 lb. tomatillos
2 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cabbage

Recipe Directions for Pork Verde

Brown chunked meat in half the oil and remove from pan. sautee onion with the rest of the oil in the same pan, add garlic, then tomatillos. Season with salt and return pork to pan. Add broth, BTAB, RTAS, and cook for 1 - 1/1/2 hours intil pork is tender.
