full of veggies, spicy, and best of all, can be cooked in a slow cooker but we do it over the stove. usually let simmer 3 hours.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Verde

68 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Center Loin (Chops), Bone-in
42 grams Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
6 cup, chopped or diced Tomatillos
4 oz Cilantro
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
3 cup Chicken Broth
4 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno

Recipe Directions for Pork Verde

  1. cook pork onion garlic and slat and pepper to taste with oil, sautéing

  2. while sautéing, mix everything in blender, may take more than one batch.

  3. pour mixture over pork and add remaining chicken broth, simmer minimum 30 mins or to desire consistency.
