Just like beef stew, but with pork and more of a fall feel.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork and Vegtable Cider Stew

2 pounds pork
1 cup carrots
1/2 cup celery
1 medium onion
2 cups potatoes
3 cups apple juice
3 tablespoons tapioca
1 teaspoon caraway seeds

Recipe Directions for Pork and Vegtable Cider Stew

  1. Cup all ingrediance into bit size peices, put in slow cooker and cover with apple juice or apple cider.

  2. Cook on low 10-12 hours or on high 5-6 hours.
