Recipe Ingredients for Pork with veggies for pita pockets

1 lbs. pork loin chops
3/4 cup onion
1 cup pepper
1 cup celery
1 cup green pepper
2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp oregano
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp barbecue sauce

Recipe Directions for Pork with veggies for pita pockets

slice onion, peppers, celery, stir fry with spices for about 3 minutes, remove from pan. Add sliced pork to pan and cook until no longer pink. Add barbecue sauce and mix well. Put veggies back in pan with pork and simmer until well mixed and warm. Stuff in lettuce filled pita pockets.
