10 strips Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.25 medium raw Onion Red
1 serving Marinade
2 serving Soy Sauce
2 serving Marinade
3 oz Fully Cooked Pork Loin Roast
1/2 cup Pineapple Chunks
2 oz Rotini
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Pork and Veggie stir fry over Pasta

  1. Boil pasta according to package directions.

  2. Heat olive oil in stir fry pan. Add vegetables and stir fry 5 minutes. Add 3 ozs. cubed fully cooked pork. add teriyaki and soy sauce and pineapple. heat thru and cover pasta. Enjoy.
