Recipe Ingredients for Pork and Veggie Stew

2 Potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potato, Flesh And Skin
16 oz raw Pork Shoulder Butt Roast Untrimmed
8 oz Asparagus
1/2 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1/2 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
2 tbsp Onion Powder
2 tbsp Garlic Powder
4 serving Premium Selection Italian Seasoning
1/2 serving Salad Mix
1/5 medium head Green Cabbage
1 1/2 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
5 serving Great Value Whole Kernel Golden Corn
5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery

Recipe Directions for Pork and Veggie Stew

  1. In a 6 quart crock pot place pork butt, seasonings and add 4-6 cups of water. Add diced vegetables and cook on low 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.

  2. Shred pork before serving.
