Lowfat pork loin roast and mixed vegetable soup

Recipe Ingredients for Pork and veggie soup

2 lbs Pork, Fresh, Loin, Top Loin (Roasts), Boneless
2 lbs squash, chopped
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 lb broccoli
1 lb cauliflower
6 oz carrots
1 1/2 lbs red potatoes
8 cloves garlic
16 oz chicken broth
2 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Pork and veggie soup

  1. Boil pork in chicken broth until tender

  2. add carrots, potatoes, and squash and bring to boil

  3. add water and

  4. add broccoli and cauliflower

  5. cook everything together until vegetables are desired consistency
