Recipe Ingredients for Pork and Veggie Pizza

53 g Whole Wheat Tortilla
56 g Pasta Sauce
22 g Red onion
38 g Green Pepper
33 g Mushrooms
40 g Browned Ground Pork
28 g Low Fat Mozarella Cheese

Recipe Directions for Pork and Veggie Pizza

  1. Put tortilla in a 400 degree oven until it crisps. It will puff up, just pop and turn over. You can spray with non-stick spray to keep from sticking.

  2. After torilla is crispy, put all remaining ingredients on tortilla and reduce heat to 300 degrees.

  3. Cook until cheese has melted and sauce has warmed.

  4. Note: my tortillas, "Lil Guy", only have 210 mg of sodium in one serving. The one in the recipe has 514 mg.
