Stir fry dish, magazine says this is 260 calories for 4 servings, this system shows over three hundred calories for 4 servings. So I changed it to serve 5.

Recipe Ingredients for PORK & VEGETABLE STIR-FRY

16 oz pork tenderloin
1 tbsp vinegar
3 tbls soy sauce
3/4 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp ginger, peeled and grated
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp cornstarch
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 tsp canola oil
8 oz snap peas, strings removed
1 red pepper, large, cut into strips
3 green onions, cut into 1" pieces

Recipe Directions for PORK & VEGETABLE STIR-FRY

  1. Toss pork with rice vinegar and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Mix 2 tbsp soy sauce and broth, ginger, honey, cornstarch and garlic until blended. Set aside.

  2. Heat 1 tsp oil until hot. Add peas, pepper and green onions and cook 7 to 8 min or until browned and tender-crisp, stirring frequently. Transfer to bowl.

  3. Heat remaining 2 tsp oil until hot. Add pork mixture and cook about 2 minutes or until pork just loses its pink color, stirring constantly. With slotted spoon, transfer pork to bowl with vegetables.

  4. Stir broth mixture, then add to skillet; heat to boiling. Boil 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Return pork and vegetables to skillet; stir until heated through.
