Recipe Ingredients for Pork and vegetable sauce

318 g lean pork, diced
2 carrots, thinly sliced
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, crushed
400 g tinned chopped tomatoes
150 g frozen peas

Recipe Directions for Pork and vegetable sauce

  1. Dice pork into small pieces.

  2. Dry fry in heavy pan until browned.

  3. Add carrots, onion, garlic and tomatoes. Bring to the boil and then simmer for approximately 40 minutes.

  4. Add frozen peas and continue to simmer until peas tender. Approximately 10 minutes.

  5. Serve with pasta.
