Recipe Ingredients for pork and veal veges

125 grams Pork, Fresh, Ground, Cooked
1 medium raw Carrots
1/2 cup Mushrooms Pieces and Stems
1 cup Cauliflower
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
3 serving Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned
1 medium raw Leeks
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions

Recipe Directions for pork and veal veges

  1. Leeks and onions in pan, cook 'til tender and clear. (splash of water no oil)

  2. Add mince and brown.

  3. Add grated carrot and chopped cauli and broccoli.

  4. When tender add tomato cooking sauce and one small tin mushrooms, simmer till so delicious you need to eat it.
