150 g onion
35 g ginger
10 g garlic
10 g orange zest
25 g sake
15 g sugar
30 g soy sauce
294 g pork
1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Pork topping and sauce for spicy orange pork and vegetables

  1. Fry pork, cubed, in oil.

  2. Food process all other ingredients, topping pork with once lightly browned.

  3. Cook until tender, stirring and adding a little bit of corn starch for thickening. Add also hot pepper to taste.

  4. Serve over steamed vegetables and plain pasta.
