36 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Top Loin (Roasts), Boneless
2 cup, diced Pineapple
0.33 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
1/4 cup beef broth, lower sodium

Recipe Directions for Pork Tip Roast with pineapple

Season pork with all seasonings. Add fruit and broth to slow cooker. Add pork. Cook for 6-7 hours in slow cooker. Serve with rice, or in wraps. Great!
