A simple tikka for when you have a curry craving.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork tikka

410 grams Pork, Fresh, Composite Of Trimmed Retail Cuts (Leg, Loin, Shoulder, And Spareribs)
5 serving Aldi Tikka Sauce
500 grams Rice
1 large Onions
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Butter
2 Cube Stock Cubes

Recipe Directions for Pork tikka

  1. Finely chop onions and cube the pork.

  2. Fry pork and onions in a tablespoon of heated oil in a VERY clean pan. (Never clean with detergent; always with hot water and scrubbing.)

  3. Add tikka sauce and water.

  4. Make up chicken stock and boil. Add rice that has been rinsed under hot water until the water ran clear.

  5. Boil the rice for 20 mins.

  6. Put it all in a bowl and voila!
