Slow cooked medium curry. You can make this with chicken too. This is enough to make some now and freeze the left overs.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Tikka Masala

836 g pork
1592 ml canned tomatoes
310 g onions
20 g garlic cloves
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp ground turmeric
2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp chilli powder
1 cup whole grain rice

Recipe Directions for Pork Tikka Masala

  1. Dry fry the cubed pork.

  2. Saute the onion.

  3. Add the tomatoes.

  4. Stir in the garlic and spices.

  5. Slow cook for as long as you can.

  6. About an hour before serving add the cup of rice. (optional)

  7. You can add some natural yoghurt or fromage frais for an authentic flavour.
