Recipe Ingredients for Pork Tenderloin Teriyaki Sauce

5 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground pepper
2 lbs. pork tenderloin (or chicken)

Recipe Directions for Pork Tenderloin Teriyaki Sauce

  1. In large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 6 ingredients; add to meat of your choice (I use pork). Seal bag and turn to coat; Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

  2. Drain and discard marinade. Place meat in an 11 in x 7 in x 2 in baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.

  3. Bake uncovered at 425 for 25 - 30 minutes.

  4. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
