0.5 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges
1 cup Spinach
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.5 oz Raisins, Golden Seedless
1 cup, chopped Cabbage
6 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin

Recipe Directions for Pork Tenderloin Salad

Cook pork. Slice orange into 1/4 inch cubes and set aside. Toss cabbage, spinach, pepper, and raisins in a bowl. Plate. top with pork and oranges.
