4 lb pork tenderloin
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup beef stock

  1. Cut garlic in slivers

  2. Put slivers in pork

  3. Mix soy and mustard

  4. Marinate

  5. Bake until medium rare
