Recipe Ingredients for Pork Tenderloin with Maple syrup.

4 pounds pork tenderloin
8 cloves garlic minced
8 tsp oil
4 tbsp soya sauce, reduced sodium
3/4 cup maple syrup
4 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Pork Tenderloin with Maple syrup.

  1. Combine garlic, oil, soya sauce, maple syrup, mustard and pepper. Pour over prok filets and let stand for 1 hour, turning filets twice.

  2. Bake in pan with the sauce for 30 minutes at 350F. Slice thick and spoon a little sauce over slices when serving.
