Recipe Ingredients for Pork Tenderloin w Caramel-beer glaze

680 9/20 grams Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
1 tbsp Oil, Vegetable Corn, Salad Or Cooking
2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
6 tsp packed Sugars, Brown
1/8 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1 dash Pepper, Black
2 medium apple Apples
2 fl oz Bud Light Beer

Recipe Directions for Pork Tenderloin w Caramel-beer glaze

  1. Preheat outside grill to medium heat.

  2. Brush pork with oil and place on grill, turning occasionally until pork reaches 140 degrees. Place on a flat sheet on the low part of the grill to keep warm until ready to serve.

  3. Meanwhile, place butter in a medium saucepan and melt slightly over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, spices, apples beer, salt and pepper. Cook until apples are tender.

  4. Place pork on a serving platter. Using a slotted spoon, remove apples from glaze and arrange over pork. Continue cooking glaze for 2-3 additional minutes or until slightly thickened. Spoon glaze over pork and apples.
