Pork taco/burrito filling. Dad and I made it up as we went along.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Tacos

64 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Country-style Ribs
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
10 clove Garlic
2 cup chopped Scallions
2 tsp 100% Pure Canola Oil
0.25 cup Old El Paso Sauce Enchilada Mild

Recipe Directions for Pork Tacos

  1. Slice all vegetables paper thin

  2. Pour canola oil in electric skillet

  3. Head oil and vegetables on medium low until cooked down

  4. Stir in all shredded pork and the enchilada sauce

  5. Let sit on low heat stirring occasionally.
