Pork loin stuffed with swiss chard, feta or mozeralla, and pine nuts

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Stuffed with Chard

16 ounces pork loin
4 cups swiss chard
1/4 cup pine nuts
2 ounces feta cheese
1 egg
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Pork Stuffed with Chard

  1. pre heat over to 425.

  2. Run a sharp knife all the way through the pork.

  3. Saute chard in oil, drain liquids.

  4. Cube cheese.

  5. Toast pine nuts in dry pan for 1 minutes.

  6. Combine chard, cheese, egg and nuts. Stuff it into the opening in the middle of the pork.

  7. Roast pork at 425 for 45 minutes.
