A delicious pork stir fry with lots of vegetables served over shirataki noodles.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Stir Fry with Shirataki Noodles

1 lb. lean pork, cut into bit sized pieces
1 cup onion, chopped
2 cups mushrooms, chopped
3/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup celery chopped
2 cups bok choy
2 T garlic minced
2 cups mung bean sprouts
8 oz. water chestnuts
2 T cornstarch
2 T Soy Sauce
2 T cooking sherry
1 cup beef broth

Recipe Directions for Pork Stir Fry with Shirataki Noodles

  1. Cut the pork into bite sized pieces and brown in a little oil.

  2. Add a little more oil to your skillet or wok and cook the garlic, onions, bell pepper and celery just until they start to get tender.

  3. Add the bok choy, bean sprouts and mushrooms and cook until the bok choy and mushrooms are done.

  4. Stir in the sauce and cook until it thickens.

  5. Serve over shirataki noodles. We like to drizzle some sesame oil on top and you can add more soy sauce if you like.
