Very loosly adapted from a recipe seen in the Gold South Beach cookbook

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Stir Fry

3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 pounds boneless pork chop
1 cup bean sprouts
4 cloves garlic
1/3 lb broccoli
1/3 lb cauliflower
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup sugar snap peas
1/2 red bell pepper
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup jicama

Recipe Directions for Pork Stir Fry

  1. Set veggies aside.

  2. Cube pork.

  3. Combine soy sauce, oil, sugar, and spices.

  4. Marinate pork in mixture for at least 2 hours.

  5. Stir fry everything together.

  6. Serve with white rice.
