Recipe Ingredients for pork stir fry

1 1/2 cups celery
1 1/2 cups carrots
1 1/2 cups zucchini
1 1/2 cups snap peas
4 tbsp flour
1 lbs pork loin
4 cups rice
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic
1 pepper
1 salt

Recipe Directions for pork stir fry

  1. cook 4 cups rice in rice cooker.

  2. Put flour and half a tsp of each spice in 1 cup cold water and mix. Set aside.

  3. Cut meat into thin slices, and fry in a non-stick pan. Add 1/2 cup of water and spicing to taste. Cook till tender. Cover and let cook. add all veggies cut and sliced. Cook for a few more minutes till tender, but not soggy. Add flour and water mixture to thicken up sauce for stir fry.

  4. Serve over rice.
