Pork Stir Fry Recipe

A yummy dish that can be suited to chicken, beef, or seafood as well. **Although there seemes to be a lot of steps this is a very quick and easy meal. To make it even easier but a package of frozen stir fry veggies instead of using fresh vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Stir Fry

3 Pork Chops
1 1/2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
12 oz. baby Carrots
3 stalks Celery
2 medium Onion
1 cup Minute Rice (unprepared)
1/2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1 tablespoon Corn Starch

Recipe Directions for Pork Stir Fry

  1. Remove bones and fat from pork and cut the meat into bite size cubes

  2. Sautee Pork in Oil as you cut veggies, stirring occasionally

  3. Cut ends off of the oinion, then cut in half end to end, cut halves into strips and add to the pork

  4. Cut Baby carrots in half as needed and add to pork

  5. Cut Celery on a diagonal angle and add to pork

  6. Sprinkle ginger over all, and give it a stir

  7. Reduce heat to medium and cover pan, cook untill carrots are soft

  8. Mix Soy Sauce, Corn Starch, and 1/4 cup cold water, add to pork and veggies and give it a good stir

  9. Turn off heat and return lid to pan

  10. Prepare Minute Rice per package instructions

  11. Serve Stir Fry over rice
