Pork and vegetable stir fry with chow-mein noodles. Can be made spicy or mild.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Stir Fry with Noodles

3 oz. (Half of Package) Chow Mein Stir Fry Noodles
4 oz. Pork, Fresh, Loin, Sirloin (Chops), Boneless
4 oz chopped Green Bell Pepper
4 oz. chopped raw Baby Bella Mushrooms Packaged
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
4 oz. Carrots, Baby
4 oz. shredded Cabbage
4 oz. Red Onion
8 oz. Mung Bean Sprouts
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Thai Chili Garlic Paste

Recipe Directions for Pork Stir Fry with Noodles

  1. Boil noodles, rinse in cold water and set aside.

  2. Brown pork on high heat for 3-4 minutes with olive oil and minced garlic. Add oyster sauce and chili paste.

  3. Add onions and bell peppers, cook for 1-2 minutes.

  4. Add remaining ingredients (carrots, mushrooms, celery, cabbage, sprouts) and cook for 1-2 more minutes.

  5. Notes: Add more oyster sauce and chili paste to suit your taste. All ingredients are 1/2 cup except for the sprouts which are a cup, and the noodles with are 1/2 the package (approx. 3 oz. dry).
