This is a modified version of another recipe as my slow cooker is smaller, normally this serves 8 people with 8 Potatoes, 14oz stew tomatoes instead of paste, and a full can of mushroom soup and 14 oz beef broth.

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Stew (Slow Cooker)

1 1/2 lb Pork, cubed
5 Potatoes, peeled, cubed
1 cup frozen vegetables
1/2 cup red peppers
1/2 cup green pepper
1 small onion, diced
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 Salt (to taste)
1 Pepper (to taste)
5 1/2 oz Tomato Paste
3/4 can of mushroom soup
1 1/4 cup skim milk
1 can (384ml) beef broth
1 tbsp Canola Oil
2 tbsp cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Pork Stew (Slow Cooker)

  1. Lightly coat pork with cornstarch, salt and pepper and brown cubed pork in skillet with Canola or Olive Oil, do not fully cook. Then put in slow cooker.

  2. Mix of potato, onion, peppers, mixed vegetables together and put in slow cooker on top of meat.

  3. In separate bowl, mix tomato paste or stewed tomatos, cream of mushroom soup, beef brother, milk and italian seasoning together and pour over food in slowcooker.

  4. Cook for 8-10 hours on low.
