Pork, Potatoes, Carrots and Gravy

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Stew

4 medium potatoes
6 medium carrots
1 small onion
32 ounces pork
1/4 cup butter
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
1 Salt and Pepper

Recipe Directions for Pork Stew

  1. Cook pork on high in crock pot for 5-6 hours. Remove pork juice. Add vegetables to crock pot and cook 2 more hours.

  2. Gravy: Mix cornstarch with cold water Add to pork juice and cook over medium heat until thickened.

  3. Salt and Pepper to taste.
