Delicious casserole that tastes better the next day or so!! One serving is 2 cups. It would be awesome over garlic mashed potatoes!

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Stew

1 lb ground pork
28 fl. oz crushed tomatoes
1 large onion
8 oz button mushrooms
1 package frozen spinach
56 fl. oz. water

Recipe Directions for Pork Stew

brown the ground pork until no pink shows. Add the chopped onion, the drained spinach, the chopped mushrooms, the can of tomatoes and water together with seasonings to taste. Simmer for about an hour, stirring occasionally.
