Recipe Ingredients for Pork Stew

16 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Top Loin (Roasts), Boneless
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1 small Onions
6 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
0.13 cup Cornstarch
1 serving Browning
1 tsp Salt

Recipe Directions for Pork Stew

Cube leftover cooked pork. Chop celery and onion into bitesize chunks. Cut potatoes into 1" cubes. Put into large skillet, add water to barely cover. Sprinkle with tuscan seasoning to taste and salt. Simmer until vegetables are barely tender. Mix cornstarch in a little cold water, add to boiling stew. Add kitchen bouquet seasoning, Cook until thickened. Serve.
