A week-end fiesta for weight watching people like me! This dish can be served with boiled wild rice only to keep some healthy way :)

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Steaks with Green Pepper

400 g Fresh Pork Shoulder Blade Steaks
200 g onion
400 g Bell Pepper Green
1 tbsp olive oil
120 g cream
1 tbsp honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp chili pepper

Recipe Directions for Pork Steaks with Green Pepper

  1. Slice the steaks thinly and mixed with soy, honey and mustard in a bowl. Cover the bowl and let it rest in refrigerator for at least two hours.

  2. In a pan, roast sliced onion in olive oil and remove to a bowl. Pure marinated meat into the same pan and roast for about 10-15 minutes, then add 1 cup of water, bring to boil and let it simmer on a low heat till the liquid get absorbed.

  3. Then add roasted onions, sliced peppers, garlic, chili pepper and cream. Let it cook on low heat for about 20-30 minutes.
