Recipe Ingredients for Pork Steak Casserole

1 1/2 lb lean pork
1 t. salt
1 dash pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
5 oz 2 % milk
1/2 c. diced celery
1 onion diced
12 oz mushrooms
4 oz medium egg noodles

Recipe Directions for Pork Steak Casserole

  1. Mix soup, milk and mushrooms in casserole dish.

  2. Stir in uncooked noodles.

  3. Brown meat, onion, celery salt and pepper.

  4. Stir meat mixture into soup and noodle mixture.

  5. Make sure noodles are submerged.

  6. Cover casserole dish with lid or foil.

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
