Recipe Ingredients for Pork in Soy Sauce

3 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Sirloin (Chops), Boneless
0.25 cup Soy Sauce
1 large Onions

Recipe Directions for Pork in Soy Sauce

  1. Cut pork chops into large pieces, separating from the fat-skin part.

  2. Dice fat-skin parts from pork chops.

  3. Marinade the pork chops in soy sauce for two hours or more (may be prepared a day ahead by marinating them overnight and cooking it the next day)

  4. Heat the pan and add the diced pork fat. Cook in medium heat until it renders into some oil.

  5. Remove the fat, leave the oil in pan and retain the heat.

  6. Cook some chopped onions until clear.

  7. Place the cut-up pork chops, and cook until juices run clear.

  8. Add the soy sauce and cook for 15 minutes.

  9. Add the onion rings and cook until onion is clear. Remove from heat.
