Pork Sirlon & Sauerkraut with Leeks & Onions

Recipe Ingredients for Pork Sirlon & Sauerkraut with Leeks & Onions

4 1/2 lbs Pork, Fresh, Loin, Sirloin (Chops), Boneless
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 3/10 cups chopped leek
1/2 cup chopped celery
13 oz. sauerkraut
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Pork Sirlon & Sauerkraut with Leeks & Onions

  1. Cut Pork into chunks.

  2. Heat olive oil in stainless steel deep fry pan

  3. Saute & Brown Pork until Golden (may need to drain off liquid and fat halfway through?SAVE the liquid, it's added back later)

  4. When browned add veggies & liquid.

  5. Cook until onions just clear.

  6. Add drained sauerkraut, fold in, turn off heat.

  7. Serve immediately.
