Recipe Ingredients for Pork Sinigang

120 grams Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
1 cup Beans, Snap, Green
75 grams Radishes, Oriental
20 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
75 grams Yam
0.5 cup, chopped Swamp Cabbage
1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/8 pouch(5 g) Soup Base
0.33 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tbsp chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Pork Sinigang

  1. Boil the pork in water until the desired tenderness.

  2. Put in the yam, tomato, onion and radish.

  3. Add the tamarind base soup powder.

  4. simmer for 10 minutes.

  5. toss in the string beans and swamp cabbage last because they are easily cooked and simmer for 5 minutes.
